He's been VERY unlucky here, since Falgheri WR 1167 (whose twin brother also plays but is unranked) wasn't far off being seeded himself and had a career high of 672 back in 2005.
The reason for Falgheri's low ranking is that he was sidelined in between a 2 & 0 loss to Edward Seator in Italy in September and the Bergamo Challenger earlier this month. He diodn't get any points in Bergamo, but in qualifying he beat Huta-Galung (who gave Andy Murray a good match in Marseille) and Dekel Valtzer, before going out to Jeremy Chardy who beat Boggo earlier this week.
So, less than no chance for James, I fear, but I'll be delighted if he proves me wrong!
