My nerves are still in shreds after that last encounter! Andy should have been taking on Juan Carlos Ferrero (5) in the QFs, but he was beaten 7-5 4-6 6-7(1) by Nicolas Mahut yesterday. In their only previous encounter, in the round of 32 in Indian Wells last year, Andy thrashed him 1 & 3. Let's hope he's now got the bad match well & truly out of his system & can conjure up a repeat performance on Mahut's home turf tomorrow, at least I assume it will be tomorrow...
Well Drew, your prediction for the last match got the right result if not quite the detail of it, so I hope that you are right in the final result but that it is less harrowing.
Second shock of the day/week: Gasquet (2) bows out to Soderling 6-4 3-6 2-6, which means that Youzhny (3) & Andy (4) are the highest seeds left in the tournament...!
Andy is 2nd on Centre not before 14.30 CET / 1.30 pm UK after a doubles match that starts at 12.00 CET. They seem to like giving him an early start - he first singles match this time.
The rest of the OoP on Centre, is, after Andy:
Ancic v Soderling Simon v PHM (n/b 19.00 CET = 6 pm UK) Baggy v Youzhny
They seem to have preferred Baggy v Youzhny as the second evening match instead of having another French player in the evening session.

Sadly I can't watch the livestreams at work - so I'm relying on the scoreboard. Does anyone fancy giving a little more insight on how he's playing today, I'd be grateful.
