Richardson lost 6-0 6-0 to Ghorbel from Tunisia I checked out the website & this guy was a wild card, I thought the score may have been wrong but it was correct!!
How has Richardson got so high if he can lose like this? losing to a wild card from Tunisia 0 & 0 is not the sort of result that inspires belief in him in his last year as a junior!! Does any one know his plans? is he a part time player now? I thought he was half decent in the past, I just can't get over that result!! nothing short of rubbish really with what our top & middle level boys are doing now!!!crycrycry

on a positive note, a great 2 weeks from Matt James he will move up after this!!! Lewis Barnes obviously did not get his forehand working & could not win again like in India or maybe the standard was much better here?? I think he will make the top 100 though.
Bull is doing ok for the talent he has but he got thrashed in qualifying which was a surpise. Who is Akhazzan I have not seen him before, any info on him?

comments on Richo were abit harsh & not entirely fair serve & volley. Not a great performance hence the result but if he lets his tennis do the talking he could have a good year he just needs to keep fighting & stay positive.
India was just as strong as Tunisia, Lewis just did not play as well!! For more info on Akhazzan look on ITF website uder players or on www.batchwoodtennis.co.uk then senior academy & player profiles.

We've all suffered from those, Richo; put it behind you and just concentrate on the next match. Good luck!

No, no, you have to keep positive, as Goldenslam says!

The thing about when you s***w up and have a bad day is how you react. Go train, determined it doesn't happen again. But never, ever, listen to flak from people on message board who didn't even watch the match. I'm sure you have both yourself and your coach for that....

I didn't mean for my post to sound the way it did, I was just surprised that James lost so easily & thought that he maybe was not playing so much, it was more of an excuse for him maybe but I am sorry if I offended you James or goldenslam or any one else but I do stand by my claim that it is not the sort of result that inspires confidence in him or any one else & he obviously needs to work harder if he is to have a career in tennis.
James I wish you luck & guess you will be playing in Luxemburg so wish you luck there too.
