Seems I was wrong when I said it wouldn't be easy! redface.gif  Great win for our DC virgin & his Romanian partner! thumbsup.gif  Wonder if the experience in BA has had a positive effect on him... idea  Stretch & the Beast in the QFs next! omg.gif  Usual problem now:  whom to root for?  confuse.gif  Either way, we're guaranteed a Brit in the SFs! smile

Are they only at the QFs? They're almost as slow as Havana!

Yep.  They've apparently been experiencing a few Wimbledonesque rain delays...! wink

Steven and Stircrazy joined in this apparent surprise at tournaments in Florida being rain-delayed. I've just been looking up some statistics (now there's a surprise!); Eastern Florida, which is where Delray Beach sits, has an average annual rainfall of 'over 50 inches'. Edinburgh, by comparison, has just 25.1.
It's just a myth, which we all continue, that we have a lot of rain in Britain - we really don't. It's just that it all falls in the Wimbledon fortnight - damn, now I've fallen into the trap!
