Double fault to go a double break down, I guess that's goodnight unfortunately.

i think vt has just been better, bear in mind vt has problaby been playingon indoor for a while now, inc the dc tie so he will definalty have a big advanthage there. he has barely put a foot worng. lets hope he gets nervous now

VT nets a simple midcourt FH at 30-15 but then produces a big serve and takes the next rally. GSM VT

It's something in the water. Tell him to bottle some and bring it home.

anyone else a little concerned that Alex isn't getting the points in here to help before the big Summer points come off?

Not at the moment gazz, dont see what alex could have done vs troicki yesterday, he was just too good.

i thinkAlex has done the best he can of making points around the dc tie and put himself through quite a greullign travel schedule, but it has definalty affected the start of the year.

its not the summer i am worried about, he's only got 20 pts for his run at queens and barely anything at surbs, notts & wimby, however 40+% of his points are due off in april, and both the events he earned them at (valenica usa & cardiff) have been cancelled! i do have a little bit of hope he may play better on clay this year.

If alex can at least hold his ranking firm, hopefully get back into the top 150 then he can still have a good year as after wimby he has bascialy got nothing left for the year (cept 1 challenger qf)
