Cox and Milton play for the 3213123(or some figure like that)th time. Whoever wins that could have a tough match against Dimitrov, who's a fine player on clay.
It's amazing to see so many Brits entering qualifying for a clay court Future in Spain ... even more amazing that they've managed to find an event in Spain with only two rounds of qualifying!

This of course makes it 51 loses in a row, so Mr Dee is moving ever closer to the world record (currently 52). Strangely, I'm getting quite excited about the prospect of him taking the record.
Can anyone find a reference that confirms that the current record is 52? I vaguely remember reading that somewhere a year or so ago too, but I can't find a link to it now.

Well found - I tried the "Robert Dee...how you f**king suck!" thread on the steveg forums instead, but it wasn't much use!
However, I looked up Diego Beltranena's record and I think steveg miscounted - he had 54 singles losses. However, he did take a set off a Costa Rican player in his 38th match, so Robert must already have the most consecutive straight sets losses record sewn up.

I thought I must have included his three doubles losses by mistake, but it really does seem to be 54 singles losses. Perhaps you missed the three before the year 2000? Here's the full list, most recent first, pasted into Excel off ITF and then formatted:
