Rafa trails Tsonga 6-3 6-2 *2-1 and Tsonga is serving to go up 3-1

Tsonga can beat anyone they way he is serving....and then with the power and accuracy of his returns...he could beat anyone...honestly...!

Nadal is walking about completely agog...does not know what is going on !!!

Nadal needs to keep it on the Tsonga backhand and move him around the court...not easy done I may add...

Tsonga *3-2

If Tsonga can stay like this then I think whoever he meets in the final will have a match on their hands. Trouble is, a final (especially of a Grand Slam) is bound to bring some nervous reaction.

Rafa is going down....YES....he looses 6-2 6-3 6-2

Tsonga wins 30/40 pts at the net...and Rafa never even broke serve...only 3 bp chances in the whole match...

I thought it was his FIFTH slam. First semi I'll give you and yes he's extremely impressive. and I really really hope he plays like that in the final. I'm just a little worried that he won't I sincerely hope to be proved wrong.

Also, bless him, he didn't know what to do at the end, he looked completely shell shocked! :biggri:

What a win for Tsonga.
Somehow though i can't see him winning in the final.
Usually when someone completely unpredicted makes a slam final against an obvious final choice opponent they don't win. but i may be wrong.
Tsonga may have a better chance against Nole than fed.
With Fed i think he would just have a bit more in his game and obviously be so used to handling the occasion.

ooh, clever blame the commentator wink.gif

I'd just assumed it was a typo. Still Fifth Grand Slam is pretty amazing too!
