my feeling is that winning as many matches between now and the DC will give you the best chance, neither are going to become clay court maestros between now and then so i think getting in a winning groove could be better.
Oh, I see. I'm less surprised he pulled out of a Challenger if it's next week, i.e. Miami. I still don't understand why he's not doing Waikoloa again in the 2nd week of the AO, given how well he did there last year.
I agree that getting on a winning streak is the best preparation of all, whichever surface you do it on.
