Wow that result is a surprise!!!! Well done to Feaver though.

Says he's now playing El Khair of Eygpt but thought he was due to play Sabeckis the 5th seed?

I could see that coming a mile off - the 500-600 voodoo strikes again (didn't see it being so one-sided though!) ashamed

Still, well done to Feaver, from 0 to 7 ranking points in a couple of weeks - with Greg dropping out of the rankings next Monday, he should be in the GB top 25 (and on the verge of the top 1000) on Monday week. smile

Well yes, of course, the result could be a load of rubbish - it would be more belieivable if it wasn't so one-sided.

The semi draw in that report is definitely wrong.

Nice to see a newspaper report as long as that about a Future though!

Interesting. I think its possible. Seator blows so hot and cold, and Feaver has probably got sky high confidence winning a point last week and doing so well this week.

I suspect Feaver will struggle to win more than 2 games in the semi but who knows...

I have emailed the ITF supervisor and the event contact to confirm the results.

Kid on STEVE G forum can confirm neither of them made the final, but as to which made the semi its still unclear

Semifinals
(1)Matwe Middelkoop (NED) d. (3)Bogdan Leonte (ROU) 6-2 2-0
(5)Gvidas Sabeckis (LTU) d. (q)Jamie Feaver (GBR) or (4)Edward Seator (GBR)

So the ITF finally confirm Ed did loose to Feaver in the QFs..

SABECKIS, Gvidas (LTU) 5 def FEAVER, James (GBR) 6-4 6-3

So no final for James but good points for him....
