I agree with Arka, it is a shame that the wc was kinda wasted when someone like Evo, Hewitt or Rice could have got it
Great results for Milton and a decent rd1 draw for him.....Karatchenia isn't anything special, just very consistent and a good athlete....good forehand down the line too.....drove Artem Sitak round the bend last week I think the problem Tim Hewitt would have had today is that Karatchenia plays a very similar game but just does it a bit better
Tricky draw for Goodall...could face last week's conqueror Pedersen in rd2...but Josh should really be beating most of the players in this field
Shocking draw for Cox again !!! Crugnola is a class act in futures fields....pretty big hitter...doesn't really play like a clay-courter at all
Decent one for Slabba...he beat Norby in 3 sets in Ireland earlier this year....if he serves as well as last week and takes his chances, he should win. Winnable rd2 match aswell so quarters is a possibility
Rushby, Flanagan and Skupski should win.....Skupski's opponent is 530ish but has only won 1 match since August
If Cox really beat Crugnola (WR 319, L in Wimby FQR to Childs in 4 sets, beat Josh in Wrexham, best Bammy & Fleming last year, etc) as convincingly as 4 & 1, that would be quite a stunning result!

Sounds like a great do if true as you say Steven. Good result for the Skupster once again consistently beating players ranked higher week after week, just needs to make more inroads at a tournament soon to really push on. So far this is a much better week so fingers crossed it continues.
That's the best day at a GB Future for a while - only one point each though, let's hope at least a couple of them manage to build on their success today by winning at least one more match.
