Well i will explain the martial law with you, if them impose it then the army gets all ruling on everythng, and i guess can do what they want, so really i dont want to be outside to 'walk into' these free roaming army men, as they probably could just shoot me down without batting an eye lid.
Pritty bad out here to be honest!
Kyle lost last round qualis, didnt play to well, and he had been drawn against the same guy first round as he got in a LL.
He really should be on his way to get his 3rd point on tuesday, the guy isnt very good!
We have doubles against two Ukrain twins tomorrow.

Other news, there has been alot of the new and old football manager of laptops being played in my hotel room!!! were talking alot!

Don't worry, you'll be safe as long as you don't go asking for trouble, and I'm sure that you won't!

Good luck in doubles. smile.gif

Kamil Filali (MAR) d. (1)Kyle Brassington (GBR) 6-4 7-6(5)

First round:

(q)Kamil Filali (MAR) vs (LL)Kyle Brassington (GBR)
George Barth (USA) vs Gregory Howe (GBR)

36 year old Howe draws the 38 year old Barth!
Not a bad draw for Kyle, I think. It's very common for LLs to beat the guy they lost to in qualies (it happened to Andrew in Delhi, for that matter).

Its all about playing as Chester - there's the challenge getting them boys up. Not played the new one, in fact not played comp game in years.

Fitzy - know this is a weird question but have you ever played tennis games before a match? Just before I play my footy matches, sometimes have little go on Fifa and does help with awareness of players around you. Never tried it with a tennis game before a match but wondered if something like Wii tennis, if anyone's tried it, helps? Not much into comp games but just got me thinking

well, i guess u could warm up on a wii but
one im not taking one to pakistan,
two they would have a power cut mid flow and i would blame my on court injury due to the power cut breaking up my wii warm up and ....
three shall i just casully carry my wii around with me on court!
Never tried it though because all the tennis games that are out, u can volley a smash back, dive like superman over the other side of the court and loop it up, all sorts going on!

Dam kyle i would have thought all those breakers me and u have been playing you would have got enough practise, and to think he had his bible with him today and he still lost!!!

tough luck guys - onto the next one.

Have you had a chance to chat with Greg Howe? He really seems to be living the dream, playing pro tennis at his age. Does he have a day job, and play tennis as a holiday? or does he do coaching, and just play when he's at a tournament with his players?
