Scratch that. One of them had a ranking point.

Yer i did, how can i sum it all up, i will start with myself, didnt serve great so that doesnt help on the grass, and wasnt being to consistant but u grind away when its not your day.
I will start on the court, obviosly it being grass courts and being the second week on the same courts, there shocking. enough said!
Ball boys, mine, one was def, so was just standing there at the net and would randomly run across when he felt like it, and the other two were about 5 and brought in off the street with no shoes and were more intrested in robbing my water!!
Umpires and line judges were what is standard out here shocking, but u gotto expect that, i did loose my cool and i guess the reason i lost was because my opponent dealt with the conditions better. shame but not alot i can do now. Atleast im on the board with a number next to my name

On to the doubles where me and kyle are gunna get semis at least, i have confidence!!
:)

Well done mate.

To have come away from the trip with a ranking is a great start...

Hopefully it'll impress some LTA bods into giving you a few WC chances back here in Blighty sometime.

Are you doing the indian tournaments at the end of the year?

Well all true, although i guess its if your face fits to get the WC on merit i should because they seem to give them to anyone when they get their first point, but we will have to see.
I will have to get on to P. Hutchins to ask him.
Well i have been wanting to see next years calander of tournaments but cant find them anywhere, i guess most of them are the same dates.
I did the india 3 week tour this year, and it was there summer, stupid heat, and was in a group of 4 so it was ok, but there is no way any of the other 3 will ever go there again!
So if i look into it i might have to go by myself which would be a knightmare.
Plus i need to string together some money of course which is kinda low at the moment!

Next year's calendar isn't out till now.

Anyways, I think that this trip was a success for you since you got a point. That'll get you seeded at most qualies. smile.gif
