I think that it'll be far worse than Andrezieux once you get the draw. Just look at some of the top 50 wild cards from the last few years -

2004: Davydenko, Pavel, Jiri Novak.
2005: Hanescu, Rusedski.
2006: Tursunov, Volandri.

A number of those on Rwanda F1 entry list have scored heavily in South Africa and Namibia so by the time they get to Rwanda they may have ousted Bains.
