Cox won the title spectacularly out here last year, delivering two bagels, two breadsticks and receiving one bag of crisps as prize (or something that looked like a bag of crisps).
Any guess as to why Carpenter is playing this tournament as opposed to the one in Denmark with the squad of Brits there? Fair play to him reaching the semis, and lets hope for the win!
He's on a trip to Asia. Plays a G2 in Thailand next week.
No idea why he's not playing with the others but I like this. I just don't appreciate the concept of sending 10 or 12 players to the same tournament, which sadly seems to have become the norm these days. This way they don't clash with each other, and perhaps get tested out of their comfort zone more often.
