"I did think Cox looked good and his forehand was a real weapon.
Goodall has a very good serve, there's no doubt about that. Goodall v Bloomfield was a bit boring big serve after big serve. However, goodall has more to his game and can play some inspired shots. He also said "cheers" to me for holding a door for him . I like him
Skupski and Ward i'm afraid i didn't see any of. Eaton however was imo the best British player who I had never seen before (I had seen Goodall and a bit of Bloomfield). Eaton had some great shots and his match against Martin Fischer was one of the best in the tournament. The first 2 sets were just great tennis. Unfortunately Eaton couldn't keep it up and his form dipped badly in the third. Still, I think he looks a talent."
He's retired....currently looking for a job, he has a sports science degree from Loughborough
such good results in June but he knew the only way forward for him was going to be doubles.....he got to top 250 in that, had a really good partnership with Neil Bamford so seems strange that he quit after jumping so many hundred places in the past 12 months, never really had a go at doubles on the challenger tour full-time
