again a close one, a 62 set lost in the 2nd isnt good, i dont think Alex is playing anywhere near his best, but maybe the fact he is grinding out the results is promising.

I think at this rate he will find acasuso tough, will need to up his level.


....unless he knows he can win comfy so is messing around in the 2nd sets?

well he has covered this weeks points (14) so is into profit, and has a further 65 to defend unitll the end of the the year, 1 qf, 1 win, 1 & 1st rd exit.

excluding this event he still has 5 to play, in what should be weakish fields. So some consistent play across those events could see him rise.

good chance next week, in barnstaple i feel, last year he lost 1st rd so has a great opportunity to rise up as he often does well at home events.

Alex is third match on court. They start at noon local time, 11am here, with a doubles then there is another singles before Alex.

grr still no news, thats half the reason i want boggo playing atp's at leats we will know whats goign on.

this event was quite good at puttign the results up at the start, but have got much wrose now we are in the busniess end of the week.
