6 Brits go through then, but only Skupski beat a non-Brit to get there which is a bit disappointing
Still, very good win for the Skupster and with Eaton up next has another good chance to make the QF's which will help the ranking again and probably do enough to get another WC to the next futures event
Great win for Rice as well, putting all this recent stuff behind him, but have to hope that Goodall is all right and not too seriously hurt. Rice vs. Kasiri will be a good match as well, and another good chance for Miles to make a QF and get that ranking into the top 600
Well done to Smith for getting his first point in a while, and Bamford who seems to be consistantly able to pick up a single point these days, and good luck to them in the next round to make it 4 Brits in the QF's
Better news in the doubles: Bamfs and Rushby (1) w.o. and they play Brewer and Flan who beat Dell'acqua And Ianni (4) 6-1 6-2 The other semi is between Durek and Olejniczak (3) and Goody and Skups(2) who beat Chramosta and Evans 7-6 (5) 7-5.

Final: Brewer and Flanagan v Durek and Olejniczak. A bit of a turn up for the books there.
