Ouch!

Full story on BBC

I think the article in today's Indy which was drawn to my attention by a friend is a bit more substantial...

I'd love to be surprised but they'll do well to get 10 games out of tomorrow won't they. Let's not build it up too much.

62,62,62 & 62,62,62, would be 12 games, thats 2 sets if u look at it that way, which would be enough to win a non dc/slam match smile.gif

theres a photo on the mtf gb v arg thread of JL shaking Nalby's hand, just thinking if only he had one of those really strong comedy buzzers that cause a shock and nalby pulls his muscle and cant play......

Even if Andy was there we would still struggle as we just don't have the players of a high enough standard to compete in the world group. It's a shame as the guys have proved they can reach the world group but we can never manage then to get past the 1st round. Until such time as we have more players at the top level then we will always have an uphill struggle and sadly this tie will show us still are far we have to go. Looking forward to the tie but we need more than just a prayer and everything crossed in front of the TV set.pray.gif

Preview up on the site, hope you liked it. Someone will have to do a report on Baker's match, I should be back in time for Boggo. Maybe someone could put one up in between matches?

Lets get behind the lads!

Think Jamie's comments prove what I and others suspected all along. That Andy is NOT injured. It's a preventative measure. In other words, he doesn't want to play and commit to his country. You could always make something up as an excuse as a "preventative" measure if you don't want to play and that's what Andy's done. Make your own mind up about whether that is acceptable (I think you all know my opinion) but will people please stop trying to say that we don't know if he is injured and that he may be unfit to play. Total nonsense.

They can't possibly PROVE it as he hasn't been in contact with Andy since the AO. He may be right, he may not.
