Just looking at the BBC website and on a discussion on the future of British Tennis is mentions of the 7 Brits who have Davis Cup experience who have now retired - Rusedski, Mackin, Parmar, Sherwood, Lee, Henman and Childs
He was such a great hope when he first came on the scene.....I still remember reading an article about him and Hilton....seemed like both were sure things.....
Also....I remember Martin Lee's run in the Summer of was it 96 or 97....really did well at Queens or Notts....always followed Lee, Hilton and Childs with hope....it must be a tough world out there, but I hope Childs enjoyed his career if he has retired.
