RE: Week 39: WTA Seoul - Tier 4

Yes they is a good chance for Naomi to get a LL, shes first in line for one however half the 1st round matches have already been played with no LL spots

Anne is 1st match on in her Singles and last match on (third match i think) for her doubles. Play starts at 11am and they are 8 hours ahead of the UK so she'll start at about 3am british time. Good luck anne!

Just a sad note to let you know Anne went down 1 & 1 to Rolle. I am off to bed and her doubles match is yet to start. Also, I have looked for Naomi's name, but it looks like there was not a LL spot that opened up for her.

I think the loss was that bad because she probably was less prepared for the surface which was outdoor hard.

I think Anne has withdrawn from the doubles because her opponents are playing someone else.

yep. She said her flight was delayed at Kolkata and she had to sleep on a bench or something and she only got to Korea yesterday and shes gonna go home and get better and then play some australian 25ks. They are known for their weak fields. She will probably play 2 or 3 25ks in Australia and then play the last Tour tournie of the year - Quebec. Remember, she has a feed up. If she isn't safely in the top 100/AO cutoff by then, she might play a couple more challengers.
