Some nice luck there for James, and he really should win the tournament now, and he is by far the best player left in the tournament, although this is the kind of oppotunity British players have often not taken advantage of, so hopefully that will change here

Hopefully we will be reading about his first title in a few days time, which will really help him make the top 500, and hopefully be able to move into the challenger ranks by the end of the year

I think it would take him to around 520/530, but that depends on other results, and how many points you get for winning this event (of course, the points don't go on until next week as well, so he wouldn't move up straight away)

Currently Ward has 31 points
Add 2 points for quarter final last week
Less 3 points being defended from Sep 06
12 points for winning the event (I think)

Fingers crossed this would leave him with 42 points (in 2 weeks time)

On current weeks rankings 42 points would leave him at around 535-540

phew - nothing to add there. Looking forward to him adding another 100 points so he can join the Jamie & Richard table

The whole bottom half of the QF was contested by 4 qualifiers !!!

So two Chinese qualifiers in the other semi...ranked 1116 and 1142...Gong and zu respectively.

He wont have a better chance to win a 10K futures title.

Why did the comms from Jakarta have to go down this week. Why no results form today?
