I think on a 128 draw you should get 1 point for qualifying.

I second that idea, but i think its not the atp's problem, i think its the usta's problem. Its a stupid idea for a federation to have 128 qualies field. Can a country have two futures events in 1 week.

Kinsella came through to qualify but Wire fell at the last hurdle.
Not a great draw though for Jonathon against 8th seed Elizondo from Mexico....but at least he will be used to the courts!!

Unfortunately Kinsella lost 6-4 4-6 7-5, but clearly a close match, and he took a set off someone ranked nearly 800 places above him.
