Cincinnati Masters : Singles

Tim Henman vs Juan Ignacio Chela

Tim losing 4-6 *1-1 (30-30)

at 4-5 tim had 3 break back points but failed to convert - he must be kicking himself - rushing into the net and hitting the ball out.

In todays ranking Tim is now 95 weirdface

A plea:  would one of the mods please amend the spelling of Cincinnati in the thread title?  It's driving me mad... eyepopping.gif  And while I'm on the subject of spelling, Dutch Robin's surname is spelt HaAse...

Sorry if I drove you crazy! (but I thought you were  already, as implied in your name)
I copied and pasted from the doubles thread and didn't notice the extra 't'

But while we are on about spelling - Haase does not have a capital 'A' in the middle. biggrin

I could be putting my foot in it here, idea but I think the capital was to emphasise the point being made.

No, you're not, helki, you're spot-on! thumbsup.gif  Couldn't figure out a similar way of drawing attention to the fact that there's only one "s" in it, though... hmm

I have re-edited the title, which went from Cincinatti to Cincinnatti - so NOW it is correct!

I thought Tim played really well for the most part but, as seems to be the way of it at the moment, just couldn't quite do enough. Disappointing because the guy is still playing well. I would love to see him play more doubles and to play more tournaments because he could be winning a whole lot more than he is just now if he did.
