Much as it saddens me I have to agree with Johnnylad Tim just doesn't seem to be able to win anymore, he's still playing good tennis which makes it even more frustrating in a way, there's nothing we can point at and say, 'well his serve's gone so he can't play anymore'. I hope that he moves down a level and starts playing the ATPs, proves me wrong and gets himself a bit further up the rankings, but I can't really see it happening. I'm not even sure he'll manage to hang on till Wimbledon next year.

I watched the match yesterday and I don't think his game is so bad. Second set was very good. But confidence is an issue. It's nothing strange though. He usually plays only "big events" and if you lose a few matches your confidence is low. He should play more events like New Haven, Nottingham. I'm sure he wouldn't lose in 1st round. Don't forget that he loses against very good players in three tough sets so he just needs get confidence. I think he will get back on winning ways.
