Week 31 - ATP - Washington (Tim & Alex)

Players can improve at any point of time, regardless of their age or their performances. Just look at what Darcis is currently doing! I think that Boggo can be far better than just top 75.

Smodev lost his match. cry.gif He should be beating players like Goldstein with the amount of talent that he has.

Nishikori won and that'll take him to the USO qualies. omg.gif

Gutted about Boggo.
He was so close to the top 100 a few weeks ago.
Now he's slipping back again.
Agree he's right to be playing these tournaments
because he had got himself into a good position
and had proved himself in challengers.
I think he maybe needs to mix it up abit.
A challenger one week and then a main tour event the next.
That way he can hopefully keep gaining those valuable
ranking points and make the top 100. like others
I believe that Alex can at least be top 75.

hasse also bt llodra, 62 67 76 so must be playing well, serving well on the big points it seems.

looking back to al's match his 1st serve % was only 55 so maybe he wasnt fully right.

It's amazing in tennis when you see guys have a hot week like this. I'm glad for Tim's sake that the guy didn't get bombed out in the next round, but Tim must be kicking himself that he didn't make it through.

Maybe, but with the serve Isner has he can beat anyone and lose to anyone... a bit like Karlovic as it all comes down to 1 or 2 points

Isner may have got to the semis, but I don't think anyone would say that Henman, has he won the TB would have also made it, as one of Becker, Odesnik and Haas would have been able to take him out, as Tim doesn't have the serve to mean he has practically held every game
