Bloomers starts the week up four places to 232, as Van Scheppingen, Cipolla, Gimelstob and Philippousis defend points from last year.

Jamie and Josh both rise 3 places, as Bastl, Gimelstob and Philippoussis defend points.

Jonnie rises 5 places as Ivo Minar, Junquera, Cervenak, Gimelstob and Philippoussis defend points.

Josh  can't overtake anyone with a round 1 win.

No- one is within a win of overtaking Bloomers
Summerer, Ferreiro, Faurel and Ryderstedt are within a win of overtaking Jamie hmm.gif

A famous name from Akhenaten's gripping tales of the African tennis tour makes it onto the table: Predrag "Preg" Rusevski qualifies for Mantova and advances behind Jonny.

Jan Minar also advances (behind Josh and Jamie) by qualifying for Oberstaufen.

Ryderstedt and Hanescu are knocked out.

If Josh loses to Evski in the Felixtowe quarter- final, then the future of British Tennis is a step closer to happening, and Josh will be on 157 points.

Meffert, if he makes the Scheveningen final
Jenkins, if he makes the Newport semi- final
Amritraj, if he makes the Newport final.

Jenkins and Amritraj play each- other in the 2nd round tonight.

Best case, he stays at 245. Worst case he drops to 248.

If Josh loses in the semi- final in Felixtowe, he'll have 160 points.

He will overtake Cipolla, Vacek, Snobel and Decoud
He could overtake Schwank (loses in Mantua QF) and Tourte (loses Felixtowe QF)
He could be overtaken by
Trujillo, if he makes the Oberstaufen semi- final
