Childs/Delgado look to be playing very well, and it is a pity that the rain came when it did, as they were on course to go 2 sets to 1 up against last years runners up, so they are having a great start to the match.
Hopefully they can hold onto the break when they come out and complete the match and then try and hold on to win 1 of the remaning 2 sets
does anybody know the answer to the $64,000 question
are the doubles three or five sets
Definitely best of five: the 13th seeds, Levinsky & Skoch, saw off Granollers-Pujol & Robredo in straights, 6-4 7-6(4) 6-2, the only doubles match completed today, I think...
* I think, from memory, that Wimbledon's the only Grand Slam where they insist on best of five in the early rounds of the men's doubles, unless there are so many rain interruptions that they start to run out of playing time!
