Deuce Tim misses half volley on S&V after 1st serve

I'm going to have to nip away for five minutes. Anyone out there to take over scoring?

These nailbiters used to be QF's, now they're R1's.

Lopez next. Should beat him but Tsonga looks dangerous...

I didn't have internet since last night so I couldn't follow the match till it was 11-11 (they started showing it on TV at that point).

Great stuff from Tim. worship.gif Six wins to the title and six wins to a career haul of 500 victories.

This was a nail-biting, stomach churning match to watch.weirdfaceBoth players turned on a fine display and were never prepared to give an inch. It was nip and tuck all the way to the final ball. In the end I was sorry there had to be a loser and Moyà deserves full credit for his contribution to such a good contest. It looks as though Tim is last man standing again.cry Fingers crossed for him tomorrow.

I'm hoping the next match will be Thursday, as then (floods permitting) I should be following the match on Henman Hill.

My bus back last night was not until 11.30 so I managed to watch this match until the suspension - and frankly I was amazed it was left on so long. It was getting really dark. I watched the highlights show this morning and it is true, the cameras make it look much lighter than it really is.  And it was so cold! I was muffled up in cagoule, hat and scarf and was still freezing!

But the atmosphere was absolute terrific. I feel really privileged to have been able to watch the first day's play of that match live.
