woohoo...viva le Slabba !!!!! w00t.gifw00t.gifw00t.gif Duclos is the 4th seed, ranked over 400 places higher, has made a futures final and several semis, won a match on dung in Dec......and Slabba beat him 3 and 4 !

Slabba for SW19 !! party.gif

but before that...it's Alex Miotto up next in rd2, great chance for Slabba to make quarters here....Miotto won their last encounter in 3 sets in March, time for some revenge methinks ! idea.gif

Great result for Slabba, which seems to have come from nowhere, but hopefully will be the won he needs to kick on this season. At least we are guarenteed a QFinalist here, and it should be a decent match between Slabba and Miotto, but I don't see much hope in the other matches unless someone has a stunning day

Jones could give his opponent a good match if he plays properly. He took 9 games off some guy ranked in the top 400 last year.

Great stuff from Slabba, coming through a tough one there.....he really needs to cut down on these dips in level though...he seems to have these concentration lapses....should have polished Miotto off in 2

Decent chance to make the semis now....Durek in the quarters of a 15K is a pretty good draw...lets hope he can capitalise

Who'd have thought that with Brits in so many tournaments this week, it would be 'Slabba or bust' by the end of Wednesday!

Slabba bt Durek 3-6, 7-6(5), 6-4 clap.gifclap.gif

What a win !!! The Slabba is on fire this week, great to see him pulling through several close matches, will give him loads of confidence and should see a charge back up the rankings

It's probably Conor Niland in the semis (not sure)....winnable match I think
