Hope Josh can come back from that, it's only one break..
Well done to May, a bit surprisingly but hopefully he has another good week. By the way, does Delgy know he's in the top100 for doubles now? (random question I know)
I hope Atkinson can make a match of it in the second set, and that Alex gets a win under his belt. Good luck to Marray also and with that I'm off out for a while. Hope to come back to lots of Brit wins.

Josh lost 6-1 3-6 6-3 - a real pity, when he looked to be getting back into it, and I should think he's pretty annoyed that Jamie Baker got the last main draw WC ahead of him when he (Josh) is higher-ranked, better on grass and has proved he can hold his own against the higher-level players by qualifying for two grand slams last year.

Iain Atkinson lost to Nielsen 2 & 0 - a really dire result compared with the fights some of the other Brits are putting up.
Slabba lost the 1st set to Melo 6-2 making me wish one of the other Brits had been that lucky with the draw, i.e. one who might actually have been capable of taking advantage of it. Not over yet though

Slabba fails to convert again and Melo wins 6-2 1-6 6-1 - at least he took a set, but I'm afraid I really do wish a slightly stronger Brit had got that nice draw.
