Rubbish start for both the Brits...Baker 5-2 down and Bloomers 2 breaks down already

Bloomers has gotten one of the breaks back. but just failed to get the second one back, now serving to stay in the set at *3-5

Baker just lost the first set 3-6 but came very close to getting the break back. If he can up his first serve percentage a bit I think he still has a chance as Peya is not holding easily.

Jamie takes the second set on the tiebreak. Brilliant. biggrin

He was always down in that set but he fought hard and refused to be beat.

Now keep it going the start of the third is crucial.

Boggo is looking really good - it just reminds me why he frustrates me so much. A guy with that talent shouldn't be outside the top 100.

Fingers crossed for Jamie in the third as well.

Whoever hoped that Lloyd WOULDN'T commentate on Boggo didn't get their wish

But he's being better than usual actually. (at least so far)

What's annoying me is the complete lack of mention the other Brits are getting, fair enough Bloomers lost in straights but he still deserves a mention. Plus Baker is a break up!! (and doing marvelously good on him, hope he can hold it till the end

)

Boggo is serving for the first set.

Boggo 15-40 down while serving for the set. He also botched up by not challenging a good serve that was called out. I guess he's not really used to the hawkeye system.

Pulled it back to deuce. Come on, Alex - hold here. Some really good serving on the break points. LLoyd seems to be pretty impressed (so far) with Boggo so things might be looking up for him from a DC stand-point.
