Rossler beat a seed in round one but hasn't done anything impressive till now and is 16 years of age. Shouldn't be a match for our Laura.

She won by 4 and 3.

They lost their doubles match to the fourth seeds by 64 46 46.

Quarter finals:

Laura Robson [Unr] vs. Caroline Magnusson [230] of Sweden.

Top seed Magnusson is here after back to back Grade 5 finals in Turkey (of which she won one), so it'll be interesting to see how Laura performs against an in form player who is better than her.

She lost but did very well. The scoreline was 64 36 64 in favour of Magnusson.

It's impressive that she doesn't get outclassed by people in the top 250. Keep working hard, Laura!

Sadly she can play only 9 more events between now and January, so it's very important that her management chooses them well for her.
