yeah boggo prob does have the best chance but tourte or haase would be tough nuts to crack in the final round, if he got that far. maybe a bit unlucky that the other seed is a player "on the up"

still, a good test of his confidence on the dirt - really hope he can record a couple of wins because there's no reason why he shouldn't be able to beat players outside top 150 or so on this surface!

can't see the others getting very far unfortunately

i dont think alex will win. as i said on the other thread schulkin is a clay court spcilaist who last week won a clay challenger beating world 43 florian mayer in the final! he also took a set of dvaydenko recently on clay so will be v tough.

Nasty draws one and all, though I'm struggling to think what would have been a good draw for the Brits on clay cry.gif Hopefully they surprise us and all win at least one round but I highly doubt it.

I'll be surprised if Boggo wins to be honest. As Count says Schukin is a clay courter on form at the moment and charging up the rankings whereas Boggo hates the stuff. I think he CAN beat Schukin but I doubt he will cry.gifcry.gif

A good draw would probably have been -

Boggo vs Goodall

Bloomers vs Marray

winners to face each other in R2.

Then one Brit would at least reach the final round compared to the likelihood of all losing in round 1.

Seems he really likes Grand Slam qualies. Maybe if there were more Grand Slams each year he'd be top 100
