Wow, that's amazing. Like I said in the preview, catching Querrey cold on grass in R1might be the best chance any Brit had of beating him this week, but I didn'treally believe Jim could do it!
Brilliant of Lee to hold his nerve through the 12-10 t/b too!

GB on a shirt, Davis Cup still gleaming, 79 years of hurt, never stopped us dreaming ... 29/11/2015 that dream came true!
Childs was semi-expected, as he is a damn good grass courter, and seems to care when playing in challengers
May came totally out of the blue, and I still cannot see how he beat Querrey, unless he had a shocker, mainly as May had no game at all from the baseline when I saw him play. That said, great win for the guy
He won't get a WC for Wimbledon... Flangan didn't get one when he beat Phillipoussis, and Flip is a lot better on grass than Querrey... he may get 1 for qualifying though
It's a wonderful win, and a great story to tell his grandchildren, but the guy is 26, and had only 1 WR point before this week ,and had as far as anyone could tell totally given up. Great result as it is, he doesnt deserve a wimby WC, what would be the point?
Much rather see them given to an aussie and a yank in exchange for a Wc for Boggo or top Brit at next year's US or Aussie open.
