Emily has done so well in Mexico. I hope it pushes her up in the minds of LTA/AELTC for one of the Wimby wc's coz I tihnk she could do some damage on grass!

(1177) Tara Moore vs Daniella Munoz-Gallegos (2) (357) real tough match

(7) (606) Emily Webley-Smith vs Ingrid Esperanza Vargas-Calvo (1084) EWS should win

She is a probably a better prospect than all the British players out there (Naomi included*).

She was born in August 1992, so what she has done in women's tennis till now is incredible. Plus she is one of the best Juniors of her age group.

But she needs to sort some things out quickly. Jamatthews says that she makes loads of unforced errors. And you can see that she rarely dominates her opponents. hmm.gif

* Before David starts yet another argument, I would like to point out that I am not saying that she will be a better player than Naomi. What I mean is that she has the potential to go further.

In the Spring Championships thread.

It would be great to know about Tara's style but the problem is that she doesn't play in Britain at all, so very few people have seen her. Doesn't even come for the Nationals. cry.gif

She doesn't have anything to do with the LTA (I think...) and is totally sponsored by IMG. In fact, we are very lucky to have her representing GB - Hong Kong and the US possibly have a greater claim.

Is anyone going to Surbiton, Roehampton or Wimbly Juniors? Then please see her in action. pray.gif
