Emily Webley-Smith has been given a tough draw for this week's 10K in Mazatlan (Mexico). She faces 17 year old Mexican 8th seed Valeria Pulido-Velasco in rd1 who has a women's ranking of 631 and is inside the world's top 30 in the juniors. Like Emily, she made the semis of Obregon two weeks ago before losing in rd2 of Los Mochis last week, she's also made two more 10K quarters this year.
