Miles biggrin

Impressed with the nature of his wins this week.
Good decision to use his protected ranking here, maybe this has given him the extra edge to play well here this week.

that's a great win - hadad is a far better player than his ranking suggests!
hopefully miles can start fulfilling his undoubted talent!

6)Syrym Abdukhalikov (KAZ) is 19 and ranked 711.

This is his first final for ages. Couple of qf's in March/April but a lot of R1 losses too!

Could be tough for Miles but I think Miles is favourite

Last paragraph. Apparently some bloke called Richard Wire made the quarters

gutted. I was well hoping for a Kasiri win then!

I guess Wire and Irwin share the same first name and 3 same letters in their surnamen but that is a pretty poor mistake...
