It goes against the grain to support Soderling, who irritates me to death for no reason I could explain, but I will do it for Andy biggrin

Well my pin worked for a while, but somebody somewhere must have stuck a heck of a big one in Soderling because for the last set-and-a-half he hasn't been able to find the court! Just gone down with a bagel in the last.

Dammit.

Hmm. . . Berdych v Nadal. I know Berdych has beaten Rafa before, but has he done it on clay? We will have to rely on Rafa to see him out of the tournament.

Nadal won their only match on clay, but needed 3 sets to do so... but Berdych won't beat Nadal tomorrow

Nope, Nadal beat him on clay the only time they played. In Bastad, if I remember correctly.

(Back from supporting other half & sister in the Marathon - very hot & sticky, and both got personal bests, but both didn't do the times they were hoping for)

Apologies for the problems on the Rankings page: I seem to have pasted a copy of the entire page into the new Bloomers post, which freezes my browser every time I try to access that post.

I'm going to try to just repost everything ahead of that post so as to relegate it to the archives.
