Henman serving:

15-0: 1st ace

2nd serve.....30-0

30-15

40-15

Game: ace no 2

4-3

Good to see Tim getting some big serves in...pretty close between them so far, each had bps. Clay in Monte Carlo is usually faster which is why Henman's had his best clay results here (apart from RG that is). In 2002 he made semis, beating Coria, before falling to Moya in 3

5-4

I have tried to watch a few games on Masters Series TV, but the light is totally in the wrong place in the afternoons for seeing the computer screen properly. So, although I couldn't actually see the ball I can say that Tim seems to be volleying really well, apart from one in the last game where he made a fairly weak volley then fluffed the return into the net. Never mind, although that seemed to put him off for a few points, he held in the end.

Oh , Ferrero finally get a break and Tim has to serve to stay in the set

Edit - oops ignore that rubbish, it is of course JCF to serve. I'm trying to do about 6 things at once and consequently succeeding in none of them!

Grrrrrr.

I do like JCF. Just, not when he is playing (and beating) a Brit.

Can Timothy turn this around? Frankly, I think these days he needs to win in straight sets.

Go on Tim, prove me wrong - please!
