Robert Lee lost 6-3 6-1 to the 5th seed

After beating the top seed in qualifying 5-7 6-3 7-5 Scott Sears went on to lose to the 8th seed 7-5 5-7 6-4


Max Smith lost in 3 sets to a Spanish wildcard

Chamberlain did well to take a set off 4th seeded Aaron Chan in QR2 but ultimately lost.

Calum Gee had a 62 61 victory in QR1 but lost 6-3 6-4 in QR2.

Nno British qualifiers to add to the main draw. But some good chances in the main draw.

Hoping Hewitt can continue to step up to the mark here...

To be honest, I don't know why he's bothering with Juniors. It's pretty unlikely that he'll crack the top 40 because he has started so late. Could do with playing Futures qualies in Spain instead!


I think that he'll get wild cards into Roehampton and Wimbly as it is.
