I think that the split in the surface should be the other way , down the centreline. I.E.  Forehand court grass and backhand court clay for one player and vice versa for the other player (for r handers anyway)

Come to think of it it'd be better still with a quatered court - grass, clay, carpet and concrete. Perhaps tarmac for the tramlines if it's going to be used for doubles.
