What if...?

...Boggo wins the tournament?
He'd have 340 points. He would definitely overtake: Phau, Moodie, Chiudinelli, Philippoussis, Zib, Montcourt, Scheuttler, Sluiter, Haase, Kubot, Zverev, Mello, Fraile, Karanusic, Garcia and Delgado. He may overtake: Gil(out before winning), Economidis(out before sf), Waske(out before qf), Luzzi(out before rd2), Kim(out before rd2).
Best case: 129 (+18)
Worst case: 134 (+13)

...Boggo loses in the final? He'd have 323 points. He would definitely overtake:
Sluiter, Haase, Kubot, Zverev, Mello, Fraile, and Delgado. He may overtake: Karanusic(out before winning), Garcia(out before winning), Gil(out before f) and Economidis(out before qf). He could be overtaken by: Zabeleta (out before sf of Housten), Granollers (out before sf of Valencia ESP), Kuznetsov (out before sf of Housten), Andujar (out before f of Valencia ESP).
Best case: 139 (+8)
Worst case: 147 (+0)

...Boggo loses in the semis? He'd have 309 points. He would definitely overtake:
Mello, Fraile, and Delgado. He may overtake: Karanusic, Garcia(out before sf), Gil. He could be overtaken by: Zabeleta (out before qf of Housten), Granollers (out before sf of Valencia ESP), Kuznetsov (out before sf of Housten), Andujar (out before f of Valencia ESP).
Best case: 144(+3)
Worst case: 151(-4)

...Boggo loses in the quarters? He'd have 298 points. He would definitely overtake:
Delgado. He may overtake: Garcia(out before rd2). He could be overtaken by: Zabeleta (out before qf of Housten), Granollers (out before qf of Valencia ESP), Kuznetsov (out before sf of Housten), Andujar (out before f of Valencia ESP).
Best case: 148(-1)
Worst case: 153(-6)

...Boggo loses in round 2? He'd have 290 points. He could overtake no one. He could be overtaken by:
Zabeleta (out before qf of Housten), Granollers (out before qf of Valencia ESP), Kuznetsov (out before qf of Housten), Andujar (out before f of Valencia ESP) and Gremelmayr (out before winning).
Best case: 150(-3)
Worst case: 155(-8)

Apologies for any mistakes.

thanks imo, thats great. i can't belive he could lose the final and go no where again!

its obvious that alex really needs to consistently reach the semis of these events to make the progress he needs. Of course after the next few weeks he's got another points barren patch till newport.

The Updated Table is posted Here (on britishtennis.net)

Zabaleta beat Fish and overtakes alex

Boggo drops out of the top 150:  He's now 151.cry

Alex plays Rehnquist today. If he wins, he'll overtake Delgado.

Could still be a bad day, even if he does win though:
In Valencia, Spain, Granollers plays Simon. In Houston, Kuznetsov plays Blake.
Both would overtake if they won. Both would keep him out of the top 150 cry

Granollers- Simon is first up in Valencia at 10am UK time.
