Edit : Tim has NOT left...so the other press gossip about Brad and Greg may be incorrcet !
Tim, Jamie Murray and Dan Evans have been hitting this morning. I asked Tim how he was feeling and he replied "Great !"...so I wonder if he will play today....no sign of Baker / Bloomfield but they may have hit earlier.
One question is, who's actually eligible to be picked for the dead rubbers? David Cup regulation 36 states that only the 4 players originally nominated are eligible to play, and we know who they are because we've used four players on the first two days. So it sounds like Richard and Jamie B have no chance of playing today and I'm guessing we'll see Tim and Jamie M in the singles.
By the way, I noticed an interesting comment from Sluiter in one of the papers:
"The Dutch No 2 Raemon Sluiter, who lost to Murray on Friday, was around when the Netherlands reached the semi-finals of the Davis Cup six years ago and reckons this British team is capable of doing something similar. "If Tim hangs around and maybe Bogdanovic gets his level up a little bit more then I think you guys should be able to surprise one time in the world group," he said.

By that you mean anyone can be picked as long as team captains agree? The rules don't seem to allow for that, but then again they don't say anything about dead rubbers at all (e.g. even whether they need to be played), so hopefully you're right. It would be nice to see Richard, Jamie B or both get a chance to play.

I'm sure you're making better use of your press pass than any of the press, you certainly seem to be. Full makrs to you for getting one again, and to the LTA for giving you one!

No Arka...it has to be those in the original 4 man team.
