Really hope Childs can qualify this week.

Slabba needs a good draw to get some points together

2 disappointing results there, as they were both winnable matches, and this tour of Japan hasn't been very successful at all for the Brits

Slabba seems to be in a real slump at the moment, as he just cannot put 2 wins together, or even 1 most weeks it seems.

Spoke to Slabba about his match here...

He said "Man the umpires here are shocking !! I was snappin !!! I should have broken the guy 4 times, he would miss the baseline by half a metre but she would call it in and give him the point. Any serve of mine anywhere near the line was always called out and he has an extra few inches every time !!! Ito was alright, I didnt have the best of matches, had a slow start, couldn't get used to his game at first, he was hitting very flat and courts were fast. Got into it in the 2nd set but umpire screwed me big time! Tried to get away with not payin taxes on prize money sayin im japanese resident ha ha but they wouldnt have it, i got away with it last year though."
