I like the new format. Very clear and great to give extra information, thanks.

I agree a rise up the rankings should be + even though it's a reduction in ranking number.

Indicating a rise up the rankings as + is also consistent with the ATP website. It would be confusing to use the opposite convention to them.

Ram and Carlsen both lost, so no- one overtakes Bloomers today

Tsonga and Andujar both won and advance onto the bottom of the table.

Tsonga plays Reynolds in the Talahassee semis today. Andujar plays Hajek in the Monza semis.

Both need to win their tournament to overtake. Off the table, Reynolds can also overtake if he wins the tournament. A maximum of two can overtake.

Best Case:  Bloomers stays at 183, no change on the week. Worst Case:  Bloomers drops to 185.

Only Jo- Wilfred left as a threat. He overtakes if he beats De Voest today.

Those results of Ram, Reynolds and Carlsen were doubly good news as it means Bloomers will still be seeded in Valencia next week, if he can get there in time and adjust his bodyclock following Davis Cup on Sunday. All of those three are also in Valencia draw

Bad News: Tsonga is Champion in Tallahassee and overtakes Bloomers

Good News: I'd missed the fact that Wayne Odesnik was defending 18 points from a Furures in week 13 last year, so he didn't overtake Bloomers after all.....

The combined result of which is, at the end of week 14, Richard is at 183, no change on the week.
