Of all tyrannies a tyranny exercised for the good of its victim may be the most oppressive.... those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience

A good set. Jade and Jade march on, impressively. Melissa B and Claire R do professional jobs. A good fight from Amanda C , and Naomi B lost out in three tight sets.
Jade Windley was very impressive, she's one of our brightest prospects, following on from her successes in Tipton etc..
Jade Curtis was again impressive, playing pretty well to beat Liz Thomas 4 and 4. It's nice to see 2 of the 1990 girls coming through.
Nigel says that Amanda Carrera really "PLAYS tennis" - a pleasure to watch, but she's very small. It was a tight 3 setter that she lost against the Russian.
Naomi Broady lost another tight 3 setter against Sibille, coming back from 5-2 down in the third set, only to finally just lose it 7-5.
- Looks like I'm the Bath 10K correspondent this week.
