You can't just leave when you are in a doubles tournament, you'd get fined. They would need a doctors note.

Maybe Anne was unwell, that's a dreadful result...been a very disappointing start to 2007 for her. One of them must have been unwell as in the first place, they're both competing in Greece next week so might as well finish their doubles matches for the prize money plus if they really wanted to get clear of Patras they would have simply tanked the match.

Bar Sarah it's been a really disappointing week for the Brtis here, really was a great chance for 3 to reach the quarters and Becky L's slump continues.

Hopefully Sarah can make up for things somewhat by reaching the semis...she has a tough quarter-final against Jugic-Salkic who beat her 3 and 1 in Hawaii earlier this year, is a former top 100 singles player and is still top 100 doubles.

Maybe, we don't really know what the problem is though, if it was an injury I'd have thought she have taken some time off a while ago, given that whatever it is seems to have flared up in mid-Feb.
