The draw is due to take place at noon local time tomorrow (Thursday), so we are likely to see the draw somewhere around 5pm UK time.
Hopefully Jamie will again get a wildcard (if needed) with Butorac, and I would presume that Henman will want to play again to get some more match sharpness. Very hard to tell if Andy will want to play (or if Brad / the physio will allow him to play), so Henman may play with someone like Zimonjic.
As there are no more US tournaments to hang around for, I doubt as many of the top singles players will opt to play doubles here, and will instead head over to Europe to prepare for the clay court season when they lose in singles.
Jamie starts the week up 1 place to 42, with a number of other players firmly within his sights should he gain entry to Miami.
Butorac also climbs 1 place to 40, but will drop behind Jamie should they win a match in Miami.
James Auckland climbs to 58 after Stepanek loses points. Unfortunately no sign of him in the challenger draws this week.
Jamie now 10th= in the race but well within reach of 7th place.
Further down the world rankings,
Andy climbs to 90 Tim climbs to 272 Ross Hutchins rises to a career high 142 Goodall climbs to 150 Jamie Baker rises to a career high 858 (but climbing into the top 700 next week) on the back of his back to back futures titles.
