We need some question ppl !

I'm amazed that the Cabbage has suggested none so far. He put forward 3 questions for Natasha in the British men discussion section but I don't think they were intended to be put to Natasha

If you weren't a tennis player, what would you like to be?

Who is your favourite player? Why?

How far up the rankings would you like to get this year?/Have you set yourself targets?

1) We haven't had any british women regulars on the WTA tour for a while. Who among the current crop do you think has the best chance?

2) Do you think it's unforgiveable that britishtennis.net has live rankings for the british men but not the british women?

3) My sister and her boyfriend, G-Man, both work in films. Out of work my sister is fed up with film-talk and would rather talk about other things (like gardening) but G-Man really, really likes to talk about films all the time. When it comes to tennis are you like my sister or G-Man?

Don't bottle out on me now, Shed ;P

Another one (multiple choice so it's easy!):

Travelling around the world to compete in tennis tournaments is an expensive business and really doesn't pay for itself until you're deep into the top 200. Is your career mostly subsided by:

a) The LTA
b) Family
c) Sponsors
d) A paper round
e) None of your business you nosey shed-dweller!

Another one! I'm clearly in the zone:

When playing $10k and $25k tournaments do you get asked for autographs at the end of a match or do autograph hunters tend to reserve their sportsperson-bothering antics for the top tournaments?

Also:

One of my favourite hobbies is putting interview-question-selectors into awkward situations. Is there any passtime that you particularly enjoy while stuck in a pokey hotel with hours to kill? (Tennis doesn't count)

Those questions are hilarious

I'd like to ask her (1) but none of the British players like commenting on who's got the best chance of making top 100 or not..especially for an interview with a website which is read by a lot of the players...she's likely to say something like "There's quite a few...I'd like to think I'm among them."

I'm definately not asking (2)

Will probably ask (3) but I'm gonna have to change that name..I can't start talking about a guy who makes films called "G-man"....

I'm not sure whether (4) would sound like I'm taking the piss I'll ask it but maybe without the "paper round" option

I can answer (5) for you...no one gets asked for autographs at 10Ks and 25Ks. The only ppl watching are friends, family, LTA coaches/Nigel Sears, Rowland with his zoom-in camera and the odd fan from here or GBTG.

Hi Natasha...

A) Who's better? You or Sarah Coles?

B) What is your favourite surface?

C) If a member of Britishtennis.net were to buy you flowers, what type would you suggest?

D) Who's your top tip for Wimbledon this year. (Men's and women's) (Best of Brits!)

I'm guessing that A and C aren't serious ? (though I'm sure that the Cabbage would like to know the answer to C )

Any more questions for Natasha ppl ? Preferably sensible ones

Where's my interview!!! I have another question, by the way...

On britishtennis.net we like to use nicknames for various players ("Boggo", "Slabba", "Bally", "Mozart", "Booty", "Effing Sluiter" for example). What name would you like us to use when we refer to your matches?

Sheddie's away for the week, Redcabbage, so I can't imagine we'll see it for at least another week. Probably best to repeat your question to Natasha then, in case he misses it.

Nicknames........
How's a bout: 'Tasha Khan, as in (cue late '80s hip- hop backing track)

'Tasha Khan, 'Tasha Khan, let me rock you
Let me rock you, 'Tasha Khan
Let me rock you, that's all i wanna do
'Tasha Khan, let me rock you
Let me rock you, 'Tasha Khan
Let me rock you, let me feel for you
'Tasha Khan let me tell you what i wanna do
Do you feel for me, the way i feel for you
'Tasha Khan let me tell you what i wanna do
I wanna love you, wanna hug you, wanna squeeze you too

I'll get my coat......

Sarah has mentioned GTGB forums in her diary entries and has posted there a few times as well.
