Not sure whether I should post this or not, given that the draw's already here, but I know at least a couple of you like seeing the relative rankings of the players in each match, so here goes:
No, keep doing them irrespective of whether someone has posted the draws before or not. It's very helpful!
Second round:
Jamie Baker [213] vs. Fritz Wolfmarans [249] of South Africa.
Neil Bamford [721] vs. fifth seed Martin Fischer [396] of Austria.
Jagdev Sagoo [Unr] vs. third seed Gary Lugassy [290] of France.
Harsh draw for Sagoo and he won't be the favourite for (it unlike today), but let's hope for a big shock!
Shame about Jagdev but it was always going to happen. Hopefully he'll get a wild card into the first Futures at Bath and will attempt to qualify for the second.
will have been tough. Looking ahead to the match last night Luke Milligan said "Wolmarans is a big guy, about 6ft4 and he has an enormous serve. Bad news for Jamie is that the courts in Sunderland are a little bit faster than the ones in Jersey. However, if Jamie's sharp and making his returns than he should have a good chance. He needs to make Wolmarans play as much as possible after the serve and make him hit lots of volleys.Wolmarans has got tools with which to follow up the serve but once they're in the rallies Jamie has the stronger game.""
Excellent revenge for last week for Jamie. Pity about the other two.
QF: (2) Jamie Baker WR 249 v Andrew Coelho (AUS) WR 436
Coelho plays over here a lot and has beaten Lee Childs and Ken Skupski (twice) in the last year but has lost to Brewer (last week), Kennaugh (back in Oz), Cox, Searle, Bammy and Marray.

Looking at my signature, I have just realised that today I celebrate the first anniversary of that glorious event.
I'm confused, I can't see any signatures
Well done to Jamie, hopefully he can manage to go all the way this week. He seems to have the right response to losing this year (ie reach the final of a challenger the following week) which I hope continues, it will do him good.
Shame about Sagoo but he has his ranking point and hopefully makes good use of it to invest in getting a few more.
